Sorbomangal Nidhi Limited is right here in Samsi. We are set up at Md Aminul Hoque’s place in Ratua. It is a quiet spot in Malda but people know us. Most folks around here are busy with farming or small shops, and they needed a place to put some money aside without traveling to the big city banks. That is why we started this. Dealing with cash and savings can be stressful, so we try to keep things easy to understand. People just walk in, sit down, and talk about what they need. There is no fancy glass window between us. We know most of the people who come through the door because we live in the same village. It is not a very big office but it does the job. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we manage. We handle the small savings accounts and help people get little loans when they have a wedding or need seeds for the field. We don't use big words or long contracts that nobody can read. Samsi is our home and we just want to be a useful part of the community here. If you are walking past the P.O. area, you will see our sign. It is just a small group of us working here every day to help the local families keep their money safe and growing a bit.
