Ratua Food & Beverages Private Limited is out in Kahala village. We operate from the house of Durga Mishra, which is right near the Kahala Durgamandir. It’s a very local setup in the Ratua area of Malda. Working in a village is different from being in a city. It’s a bit slower and everyone knows each other. We focus on making food and beverages for the local market. The Durgamandir is a central point for the village, so finding us is pretty easy for anyone around here. We don't have a massive factory or a big corporate office. It’s more of a home-grown business. We use simple equipment and do a lot of the work by hand. The roads can be a problem when it rains, as they get quite muddy and slow down our deliveries. But we've lived here all our lives, so we know how to handle it. We aren't a big-name brand and we don't have a marketing budget. Our customers are mostly local shops and people from nearby villages. We just want to provide something good for our community and keep our business running. It’s a modest operation, and we are proud of being part of the Ratua community. No big mission statements, just local people making food.
