You can find MOTISA MUTUAL BENEFIT NIDHI LIMITED over at Kadu Bari in Gazol. We are actually set up at Gyanenda Nath Chowdhury’s place. It is more of a house than a real office building, which makes it feel a lot more personal for everyone. People around Gazol know the house pretty well, so it’s easy to find us if you just ask around. Inside, we have a small space where we keep all the ledgers and records. It’s a bit crowded with all the files stacked up, but we have our own way of organizing things. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and sit around the big table. Most of our members are neighbors or people we see at the market every day. Gazol is the kind of place where people look out for each other, and we try to do the same here. The office can get a bit hot in the summer months, but we usually have some cold water or tea to offer. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of branches. We are just this one spot in Kadu Bari. It’s simple and it works for what we need. Sometimes the rain on the roof makes it hard to hear, but we just wait it out. It’s a very local way of doing things, and that’s fine by us.
