Malda Skills Development Educational Training Private Limited is based up in Malda, specifically on H.C. Pur Road. We are located at Samsuddin Ahammed’s property in the village of Khelenpur. It’s a very rural setting compared to the big city offices. Out here, things move a bit slower, which we actually quite like. The air is a bit fresher and you can see the fields from the road. Our office is basically a part of the local community. Samsuddin is a familiar face around here, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't have any of those shiny metal signs or big corporate banners. It’s just a simple building where we do our training and development work. The rooms are basic, just enough space for some chairs and tables and the necessary paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking to local people who stop by. Sometimes the road gets a bit muddy when it rains heavily, making it a challenge to get to the main H.C. Pur Road, but we make do. It’s a very humble setup. We aren't pretending to be something we aren't. We are just a local group trying to help out with skills in our own small way. It’s quiet, it’s honest, and it’s where we feel we belong. We just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
