Janoki Nidhi Limited

Janoki Nidhi Limited is based in Chhotochamagram, right at Janoki Bhawan on Plot No.1. Since we are located in the Chamagram area of Malda, we are surrounded by a lot of familiar faces. The office is part of the community life here. It is not some cold corporate building; it feels more like a house because it’s a local place for local people. Most of our work involves helping people from the village keep their savings in order. We see a lot of people from the nearby plots who come in to talk about their accounts or to ask questions about how the system works for them. We do not use a lot of big words or try to look more important than we are. We are just a group of people working out of Plot No.1 to make sure the finances of our neighbors are handled correctly. Malda is a place where people value directness and honesty, so we try to be as straightforward as possible. If the paperwork is going to take a few days, we say so. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have our office and our reputation among the folks in Chhotochamagram. It is a busy enough life, keeping track of everything and making sure everyone gets their receipts. We are just here doing our bit for the village, day in and day out, making sure things stay on track.
