Down in Malda, you can find us at 746/65/(B), North Baluchar Jubali Road. We are JANAPAD NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED, and we’ve been operating out of Ward No. 9 for a good bit of time. Being in English Bazar means we are right in the heart of the district. Our daily routine is mostly about construction and building projects. Malda is a different pace than the big city, but it keeps us busy enough. The office is located in a spot that’s easy for our workers to get to. We handle a lot of the local building needs that pop up in this part of West Bengal. It’s mostly about managing the labor and making sure we have the right materials on hand. Sometimes we have to deal with the weather, especially during the monsoon when outdoor work gets tricky. Our team is local, and we know the area well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know our name. Usually, someone is always at the desk on Jubali Road to take messages or look over invoices. It is basic, honest work. We focus on one project at a time until it’s finished. The 732101 area is our home, and we plan on staying here and keeping things moving forward as long as there is work to do in the neighborhood.
