Iba Products & Marketing Private Limited is run from a place that is care of Bisweaswar Sinhakamarkundu. It's a bit of a mouthful of a name, but that's where we are based. This isn't some big corporate headquarters with a glass front and a security guard at the door. It’s more of a personal setup where we handle our product work and marketing stuff. We are a private limited company, so we have some formal structure, but the day-to-day feels very much like a small local operation. We spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at what products are moving and what aren't. It's a lot of manual tracking and honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the country; we just want to do right by the people we work with. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed most of the time. You might find us sitting around a table debating which marketing strategy makes the most sense for the week. We use simple tools and don't waste money on things we don't need. It’s all about being practical and getting the job done without too much fuss. Being in a local area means we stay connected to what real people actually want. We just keep our heads down and keep working on the next thing. That is basically how we have always done things here from the start.
