Sradhhanjali Foods

Over here in Narayanpur, things are a bit quieter than the main city center of Malda. Sradhhanjali Foods is located near the English Bazar police station. We are a local food business and we do most of our work right here on the premises. The weather in this part of West Bengal can be very humid, which makes working with food items a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have to be careful with how we store everything. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we process our products. We have a few workers from the nearby villages who have been with us since we started. There is always a lot of activity, especially when a fresh batch is being prepared. The smell of the food fills the air around the postdist area. We don't use any big marketing teams or anything. Most of our sales come from people who know us in the district and trust the way we do things. It is a very hands-on job. My boots usually have some mud on them from the yard, and the workers are always busy moving sacks around. We try to keep things simple and honest. It is just about making decent food products for the local market and keeping the business running. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes.
