If you're looking for Soyeb Telecom, we're in the Netaji Super Market, right across from Malda College on Rajmahal Road. We’re in Ward No. 13, and the Indraprastha Hotel is just a short walk away. Being near the college means we get a lot of students coming in throughout the day. It keeps the energy high, even if they’re usually just looking for a cheap recharge or a screen guard. The market is a loud place with lots of shouting and music from the other stalls, so we usually have to speak up to be heard. Our shop is small, just enough room for the counter and some display cases for mobile accessories. We’ve also got a little repair station tucked in the corner where we do most of the technical work. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often see a couple of us behind the counter sharing a meal or arguing about which phone model is better. We don’t have a lot of rules about how we talk to people; we just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Kaliyachak is a busy police station area, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go from the market over the years. It’s a crowded, lively spot to spend your working hours, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It's just home for us and our business.
