P K Adhikary & Co. is located in the Singhatala area of English Bazar. It’s a part of town that has a lot of history and character. We’ve been operating from this same spot for years. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our daily business. We don't have any flashy signs or modern furniture. It’s just a place with desks and files where we get our work done. Most of the people who come to see us are locals. We’ve built up a lot of long-term relationships over the years just by being here and being consistent. English Bazar is a lively place to be, and Singhatala has its own unique feel. We like being part of the local fabric. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes it hard to get around, but we just deal with it like everyone else does. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working together to make sure everything is handled properly. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people know who we are and where to find us. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it suits our personality. We’re just regular people doing our jobs in a familiar place. Nothing fancy, just hard work every single day. We've been through plenty of monsoon seasons here and we always manage to keep the office running fine.
