Novacare Pharmaceuticals

Down here in Malda, specifically at 155 Pirojpur, things move at a certain pace. It’s not a big city rush but it’s busy in its own way. Being near the post office means there is always someone walking by or dropping off mail. Novacare Pharmaceuticals is basically just a few rooms filled with medicine crates. We spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, which is a pain when we have to unload the trucks. The building is old but it stays relatively cool inside. We keep the lights on late most nights because the paperwork never seems to end. My desk is usually covered in receipts and scraps of paper. It’s not the most organized looking place if you just walk in off the street. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We talk about the weather or what’s for lunch while we stack the shelves. Pirojpur is a quiet enough district most of the time. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people. No one here wears a suit or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy containers around all day. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until sun down. We just stay here and do the job as best we can. The neighbors are good people too and they often stop by to say hello.
