M/S Md. Johorul Islam & Co.

We are located in Jodupur village, which falls under the Kaliachak police station area. M/S Md. Johorul Islam & Co. is basically just us working from this spot near the local post office. It is a family-run thing, mostly. We have been here long enough that everyone in Jodupur knows our names. The office is small and tucked away, so you have to look closely to find it if you aren't from around here. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly logistics and moving things around the local area for the neighbors. The roads in Kaliachak can be a bit rough after the rain, so that slows down our work sometimes and makes the trucks late. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just waiting for the drivers to arrive with the paperwork. There is a big tree out front where we sit when the power goes out, which happens more often than we would like. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. It’s a lot of manual work and checking long lists of inventory. We try to be fair with everyone. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s a regular job for us and we’ve been doing it this way for many years now.
