J. N. Agency

J. N. Agency is tucked away in Mahananda Pally, which is part of Ward No- 23 in English Bazar. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to be doing their own thing, and we are no different. Our office is a bit small, and the shelves are usually overflowing with catalogs and orders. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us right in the middle of a stack of papers or talking on the phone with a supplier. The English Bazar area can be quite hectic, especially during the middle of the day, so we try to keep our own space organized enough to actually work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just focus on the practical side of things, making sure the orders are correct and the deliveries are on time. Some days are better than others, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the other shop owners in Mahananda Pally and we all help each other out when we can. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We just keep showing up every day and doing what we know how to do, without making a big fuss about it. That is enough for us.
