Dreamzy Foundation

We are set up over in Englishbazar, Malda, right near the Sun Club. Motiur Rahaman’s place is where we keep our main office for Dreamzy Foundation. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of West Bengal. Being near the club means there’s always something going on nearby, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the people in the neighborhood pretty well. The foundation isn't some giant organization with a huge board of directors and high-rise offices. It’s just us, a few friends and colleagues who wanted to do something useful for the town. Our workspace is pretty crowded with papers and supplies most of the time. We don't mind it, though. It shows we are actually doing something. Malda can get quite hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast. People drop in all the time to chat or ask for help with one thing or another. We don’t have a formal reception desk or any of that corporate stuff. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the moment. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the work seriously. We just do things our own way, without trying to copy how the big city foundations operate. It works for us and it works for the people we see every day. We just keep going. It isn't always easy but we stay busy.
