Our place is located at Kuniyil Palliyali, right over in Thottungalramanattukara. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but most locals know where the post office is around here. We spend most of our time helping people figure out their business problems. It's mostly mentoring and giving advice when someone feels stuck with their shop or company. We aren't some big city firm with glass walls and suits. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and talk through things. Sometimes we have tea and just listen to what's going wrong with a project. Running a business in this area has its own set of challenges, and we’ve seen most of them by now. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If we can help, we say so. If we can't, we're honest about that too. The building is simple and we like it that way because it keeps the focus on the work. We've been part of this community for a bit, so we understand how things move around here. It’s not always fast, but we get there in the end. A lot of our days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's just normal work. Nothing too flashy happens here, just steady progress on whatever comes across the desk.
