Vithum Koithum Llp

We are located in Room No 36(a) on the ground floor of the Neospace Building. It is tucked inside the Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, which is near the Calicut University post office. Vithum Koithum Llp is not some giant enterprise; we are just a few regular people working out of this ground-floor room. The industrial park is a pretty large area, so it took us a little while to get everything settled in when we first arrived. Our space is mostly filled with work equipment and some mismatched furniture that we have picked up over time. It is definitely not a showroom, just a practical place where things get made or fixed throughout the day. The hallway outside can be a bit echoey during the quiet hours, but once you are inside our room, it is just the sound of us working. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone hired to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call or stop by the building, you are just talking to one of us who happened to be free at that moment. The commute to the university area is okay, though the heavy rain sometimes makes the local roads a bit of a mess. We have a small corner for making tea and keeping snacks for when we need a short break. It is a very straightforward and honest place to spend the day.
