VAPPAT PROPERTIES LLP

Our office is at Room No. 6/318 on Vappat Road. We are in Trikkulam, right near Tirurangadi. VAPPAT PROPERTIES LLP is what we call our little business. We are part of the 676306 area in Malappuram. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big glass front or a fancy lobby. It’s just a room where we work on property matters. Most of our day is spent looking at land records and talking to people from the neighborhood. We know Tirurangadi well because it’s where we live and work. We don't have any big marketing plans or a mission to change the industry. We just handle the buying and selling of property in this corner of Kerala. It’s honest, simple work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out and see plots, but we manage. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for us. We keep things informal. You won't find anyone in a suit here unless it's a very special occasion. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people in a way they understand. Word of mouth is how most folks find us on Vappat Road. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. We are just a group of locals trying to do a good job with the property stuff that comes our way.
