U-Tech Constructions Llp

You can find us over at the ETMS Building in Thalappara, which is right by Moonniyur Post. We have been operating U-Tech Constructions Llp from this room 19/312 J for some time now. It’s a busy little area, and we like being close to the main road. The work we do is mostly about getting structures up and making sure they don't fall down. We aren't big talkers. We prefer to just get on with the job once the site is ready. Building things in this part of the country means dealing with a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it goes. Our crew shows up early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we stay until the day's task is finished. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost looking for the post office, which is always a bit of a laugh. We do mostly residential stuff, but we’ve helped with some small shops too. There is no big corporate ladder here; it’s just us trying to make a living and building things that last. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a wall is going to take a week, we say a week. We don't like overpromising. It is a simple business. We keep our tools sharp and our plans flat on the table. If you walk past the building, you might see us drinking tea and looking at blueprints for the next job.
