We are set up in the Naha Sons Business Complex. It is a well-known spot in Parappanagadi, over in Malappuram. Our unit is XXI/258. We work as developers, which sounds like a big title, but mostly it just means we are busy trying to put up buildings and figure out land stuff. We aren't some polished firm from a big metro city. We are right here on the ground in Kerala. The office is often full of the sounds from the street outside. We spend our time looking at plots and talking to people who want to start a project. It involves a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and making sure all the permits are actually in the folder. We don't have any scripted speeches. If you come by, you’ll just find us working or maybe having a tea. Developing land is a slow process sometimes. You have to wait for the right weather and the right materials to show up. We have had our share of delays and mistakes over the years, but we always try to fix them. We know the people in Parappanagadi and they know us. We are just trying to build a solid base for the projects we take on. It’s just us, some blueprints, and a lot of hard work in the sun. We are just glad to be working in our own town and helping it grow a little bit every single year.
