You will find the Uks Constructions Llp office at the Geranad Mini Tower on Perinthalmanna Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We do construction work, mostly around this part of the region. We are a small group of people who just like building things. We do not spend much time sitting behind desks if we can help it. Usually, we are out at a site making sure the foundations are right or the walls are going up straight. It is physical work and it can be tiring, but we have been at it for years. We are not into using corporate language or making big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. The office in the mini tower is where we meet to talk about the next steps or pay the bills. We have seen a lot of changes on Perinthalmanna Road over the years. We just keep doing our thing. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we rely on people telling their friends about us. It is a slow way to grow, but it feels more real. We just want to build things that last and do not cause problems for the people living in them. That is our daily goal, really. We just show up, work hard, and go home.
