U-Bass Exporters Llp is situated in the Fathima Complex, right on Tirur Road in Kuttippuram. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy with traffic and people going about their day. We are in shop KP 17/1198. It is a decent spot for an export business because it's easy to get to. We handle all sorts of goods that need to go out of Malappuram. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, sitting around piles of crates and folders, but it keeps us on our toes. Most of the staff here are local folks from around Malappuram or Kerala. We speak the local language and mostly just deal with the daily grind of logistics. There is always someone coming in with a question about a shipment or a driver looking for directions. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big meetings. Usually, we are just in regular clothes, drinking coffee and making sure the trucks are on time. It is a practical way to run a business. We have been here for a bit now and the neighbors in the complex are good people. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's just a regular local business doing its thing and making a living.
