Tropicana Developers Private Limited operates out of Room No: 13/258F in the VP Complex. We are located in Pulpatta, which is in the Malappuram district. Pulpatta is a bit quieter than the main town centers, which suits us just fine. Our office in the VP Complex is small and practical. It’s where we keep our records and meet with people who are looking to develop land or build something new in the area. We’ve been involved in the local development scene for a while now. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just dealing with paperwork, checking measurements, and making sure the trucks arrive on time. Being in Malappuram, we understand the local climate and what kind of materials work best for the houses here. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for years. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we just like doing good work in our own corner of the world. The VP Complex is a central enough spot for folks in Pulpatta to find us. We spend our days split between the office and various sites around the district. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to figure it out on the fly.
