TOP STOREY PROJECTS LLP

If you find yourself behind the SBI Bank in Ernad, you will see the MPEX Tower. That is where Top Storey Projects is located, specifically in room CP 15/453E. We chose this spot in Malappuram because it’s easy for people to find once they know the bank is right there. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers and some chairs for when people visit. It’s not one of those places with a glass front and a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a regular Kerala workspace. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and talking about how to get things built. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we manage. The staff here are all local people who understand how things work in this part of the state. We don’t bother with big slogans. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. Sometimes we stay late if a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to get home for dinner. It’s a decent place to work. You can hear the sounds of the town from our windows. We have some folders piled up on the shelves and maybe some dust on the old files. It feels like a real office where actual work happens. We like being part of the community here in Malappuram. It’s home for us.
