Our place is in Ponnoos Arcade, specifically at Door No 13/283 A, B, and C. You will find us in Bettath Pudiangadi, which is a busy little pocket of Tirur. We have been operating from these rooms for some time now. The arcade is a local landmark and people usually stop by when they are out doing their regular errands in the market. It is not a huge office but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time looking at the accounts and making sure the gold and diamond side of things is handled right. The rooms A, B, and C are all connected so we can move around easily while we work. Tirur is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so it’s common for people to just poke their heads in to say hello. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and sometimes the overhead lights flicker, but it doesn't stop the work. We keep the books in the back and the main counter is where we spend the most time. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always running at full speed. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. It is a straightforward setup and we like it that way. No need for anything complicated when you are just trying to run a local business properly.
