Time Retail and Marketing is based in Eramangalam, over in Malappuram. Our office is right by the Eramagalam Jama Ath Palli, in building number 261/B. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone around here. We handle retail and marketing tasks, which basically means we spend our time thinking about what people want to buy and how to tell them about it. It’s an LLP, but we run it like a small family shop in many ways. We’ve lived in Kerala all our lives, and setting up in Malappuram felt like the right move. The neighborhood is quiet but the work keeps us pretty busy. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of having a business. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living and do right by our customers. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just talk like we always do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and computers. We try to be helpful and straightforward. Dealing with retail means things change fast, so we have to stay on our toes. We like being part of the local community here near the Palli. It feels good to be working in the place where we grew up. There is a lot to do every day.
