THAM HOTELS AND RESORTS LLP

Our office is located in Room No. 381 at PT Plaza in Perintalmanna, right in the heart of Malappuram. It’s a busy building and we’ve been here for a while now, managing our small hotel and resort business. Being in a plaza means there’s always a lot of activity around us, with people coming and going from different shops and offices. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to make sure our properties are well-kept and the guests are looked after. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies like linens and soap. Perintalmanna is a bustling town, so we stay pretty busy. We don't spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. We mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot, but it's good exercise. We try to keep our operations straightforward without any unnecessary complications. If a lightbulb goes out or a pipe leaks, we are the ones who go and fix it. It’s practical work. We’ve learned that the most important thing is just being there when someone needs something. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and earn a living here in Malappuram.
