Thaje Developers Llp is based out of Kondotty, specifically at the Onnam Mile marker near the Post Office. Our office is at 3/360G, which is right by Amaya Flour Mills. If you’re driving through this part of Malappuram, you’ll probably notice the smell of the grain from the mill nearby. It’s a busy little pocket of the town. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office is usually a hub of activity with people coming and going. We don’t have a massive team, just a group of us who know the development business and how to get things moving in this region. The space we work in is practical and filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of site plans rolled up in the corners. We do a lot of our work out in the field, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork and plan the next steps. Being near the flour mills means there’s always some noise and trucks moving about, but we don’t mind it much. It feels like a real working neighborhood. We just focus on our projects and try to make sure everything is handled properly without making a big fuss about it. Most of our clients are people from the local area who just want things done clearly and simply, and that's how we prefer to work too. It's just a steady grind.
