Terrace Infrastructure Llp is located over at 5/541 in the Mokkan Residency building. We’re part of the Pallikkal Grama Panchayath area, specifically in Kumminiparamba Post in Kondotty. Being in Malappuram, things can get pretty busy, but we just focus on the infrastructure work we have on our plate. The office isn't anything special, just a regular place where we handle our paperwork and meet with local folks about their projects. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the roads and the layout of the land quite well. It's helpful when you're dealing with building stuff. Sometimes the humidity makes the work a bit slow, but that’s just Kerala for you. We don't have a big corporate team with suits. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks or heading out to the sites to see how things are going. We’ve been at this address for a while now. People know us as the guys in Mokkan Residency who deal with the local construction needs. There’s always a lot of dust from the road nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because word of mouth usually does the job for us. If you need to find us, just look for the 5/541 door. We’re usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just trying to keep the projects moving along as they should.
