TENSTAR NIDHI LIMITED

Our office, Tenstar Nidhi Limited, is situated on the second floor of the City Point Mall in Manjeri. The address is 33/450-E. Being in a mall is quite different from being on a street corner. It’s a bit quieter up here, though you can still hear the shoppers downstairs. We are near the KSEB office in Thurakkal, so people often stop by after they finish their business there. The office is a simple one. We have a few desks where we sit and handle the accounts. It’s mostly about helping folks from Manjeri save their money in a way that’s easy for them to access. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. There’s just a handful of us who know most of the people who come in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing in the registers. Sometimes the elevator in the mall doesn't work perfectly, so we have to use the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We don't use any fancy language when we talk to our members. We just explain things simply and get the paperwork done. It’s a practical place for people to come and manage their finances. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for everyone to reach. There’s usually a pot of tea in the back if anyone needs a break. We just keep things running smoothly every day.
