Techno Line Infrastructures And Developers is located at Door No 34/63, right by High School Padi in Melangadikondotty. Being so close to the school means it’s always a bit noisy and busy outside, but we like the energy of the place. We work on a lot of different infrastructure projects, like roads and drainage and bigger building foundations. It’s the kind of work that most people don’t notice until it isn't done right. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, making sure the levels are correct and the materials are what they should be. The office at Melangadikondotty is where we do the paperwork, but you won’t find us there much during the day. We’re usually out where the machines are. We are just a group of local guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress people with big presentations. If someone needs a road paved or a site cleared, we give them a price and we get to it. Some jobs are easy and some are a real headache, especially when the rain starts, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical business. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we plan to stay here at High School Padi. We aren't a big corporation, just a team of developers who know the local land and how to build on it properly without cutting corners.
