We are SRKP Assets Ventures Private Limited, based right here in Malappuram. Our office is in Building No 1/108 A, which is the Kavumpurath House. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where the Mujahid Masjid is in Ittilakkal, Ponmundam. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We handle different types of assets and ventures, mostly just managing the day-to-day things that come our way. The neighborhood is quiet, and we like it that way. Most of us grew up around here or nearby, so we know the area well. When people ask where we are, we just tell them to head towards the mosque and look for our house name. It’s a practical setup. We have desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork to keep us busy. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. Just a local private limited company trying to do right by the work we take on. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with people coming in and out, but we manage. If you happen to be in Ponmundam, you might see us around.
