We are Srac Developers Llp, located in Manjeri at City Plaza. Our office is on the first floor of Block D, door number 13/1035-C. Manjeri is a busy town, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and construction documents. It’s a group of us who know the building trade well. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in Malappuram. We handle different types of development projects, mostly around this area. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes when everyone is on the phone at once. We’re just regular people trying to build things that last. We deal with all the local permits and the daily grind of managing a construction site. Some days are better than others, but that’s the nature of the job. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, look at the plans, and get to work. Being in City Plaza makes it easy for us to meet with people who need help with their building projects. It's a straightforward business, and we try to keep our communication just as simple. No fluff, just work. We've been in this industry for enough years to know that honesty goes a long way with the locals. We just want to do right by the people here.
