Our office is in the Natasha Tower on Ponnani Road. We are in building number 8/114-B3, right in the Edappal Angadi area of Malappuram. It’s a busy spot because of the road, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. We can hear the buses and bikes going past all day long. Being in the tower is convenient because people know the landmark. We aren't on a high floor, just tucked into our unit with our desks and files. The office isn't decorated with anything special. We have the usual calendars on the wall and stacks of paper that seem to never go away. We handle things for people around Edappal and the rest of Malappuram. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't use big words or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just do the paperwork that’s required. Some days the traffic on Ponnani Road is a nightmare, but we’re already inside and working by then. It’s a small group of us here. We know our regulars by their first names. We might not have the newest technology, but our computers work well enough for what we do. It’s just a regular office in a regular town, and we’re happy to keep it that way. We don't need much more than a desk and a good pen to get through the day. Sometimes the ceiling fan squeaks, but it’s fine.
