Sjk Constructions Llp is based out of V P 3 / 24A in the Kannattipadi area. This part of Malappuram is where we live and work, so we know the ground pretty well. We aren't a massive corporation with a lot of layers. Usually, it's just a few of us coordinating the projects and making sure things are moving along. Some days are spent looking at plans and other days we are out in the mud. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. The weather around here can be a real challenge for builders, but we manage somehow. We’ve had our office at this address for some time. It serves as our home base where we organize the materials and the crew. Having no marketing department or anything like that is just how we work. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about what we are doing. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to get distracted. Every building project has its own set of headaches, but we just solve them as they come up. We're just local guys doing construction work in our own backyard, trying to keep things simple and functional for everyone who hires us.
