Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

The office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. is located at Mankarathodi House in Varungode. We’re in the Down Hill area of Malappuram, which is a pretty well-known part of town. It’s a simple house that we’ve converted to handle our business needs in Kerala. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind. We have our desks set up and we spend most of the day on the phone or looking at site plans. The rain here can be quite something, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything stays dry. We don’t have a flashy sign or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. We’re just a bunch of folks trying to keep the projects moving. We go to the local market for our supplies and know the shopkeepers by name. It’s a bit of a climb up the hill, but the view is decent. We focus on the everyday tasks, like checking the payroll or ordering concrete. There’s no need for big words or polished presentations. We just work hard and try to stay organized. If you come by, we might be in the middle of a loud discussion about a delivery, but that’s just life here. It’s our base for everything we do in this region. We aren't perfect, but we get the job done eventually. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people in it.
