This is the office for Sheltcon Developers India Llp. We are based out of Poovathikkunnan Houseveettichal, which is over in Ramankuth, Nilambur. The place is actually care of Saidalavi. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main town, which is nice for getting things done. We work on development projects from this house. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city. We have our files spread out and a couple of tables where we plan things. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is around here. We know most of the neighbors in Ramankuth. People stop by to chat sometimes. We don’t have a big reception area or anything. You just come to the house and we’re usually there working. It’s a family-style environment, really. We take our time with the work to make sure it’s handled properly. Nilambur is a good place to be based, even if we are a little tucked away in Veettichal. We’ve been here for a while now. The team is small and we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea while looking over the site plans. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. The road to Ramankuth can be a bit bumpy after the rains, so we have to be careful driving in. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
