Our office is located at 21/137 C along the Bypass Road in the Cheenithode area. It is right in Down Hill, Malappuram, so it is pretty easy to find if you are driving through. We have been working as builders and property managers here for a while now. The team is mostly local people who know the Malappuram landscape well. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff that comes with property development. Sometimes we’re dealing with land paperwork, and other days we are out at a construction site checking on the foundation. It can be a bit chaotic with the traffic on Bypass Road, but being right there makes it convenient for meetings. We aren't a big flashy firm with a glass building; we just have a regular spot where we keep our tools and documents. Most of the time, the desks are covered in site maps and receipts. We try to keep things moving along even when there are delays with supplies or labor. People in 676519 know us as the guys who are always out and about looking at plots. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just talk to folks about what they need and see if we can build it for them. It is a lot of hard work and late evenings, but seeing a house finally finished makes it worth the effort. We just take it one project at a time.
