Selmec Engineering Constructions

You can find our office at number 152 on Kadungathukundu Road, right in the Payyanangadi area. We’ve been operating out of here for a good while, mostly doing construction and engineering stuff for the local projects. It’s a busy street, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re just a regular group of workers who know how to build things. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, piles of paper, and a few old chairs for when someone stops by to talk about a job. We spend a lot of our time out at the sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. When we are here, we’re usually arguing about a design or checking the schedule for the next week. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff and make sure it stays standing. The guys are hardworking and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. Payyanangadi is a good place to be based, everything we need is close by. We’ve had some rainy days lately that slowed us down, but we’re catching up now. It’s just the way it goes in this business, you deal with what comes and keep on moving.
