Sans Building Solutions Private Limited is based in Manjeri, right in the Nims Building on Calicut Road. We’re in Room No : 8/942-A in the Thurakkal area. It’s a busy part of the Malappuram district, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement around us. We’ve been here for quite a bit and we’ve seen the area grow a lot. Our work mostly involves finding solutions for people who are building things. It could be technical advice or helping them source what they need for a project. The office is usually pretty full of people coming in and out, and there’s always a pile of paperwork on the desk that needs attention. We aren't a big, polished company. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about construction and wanted to help others get their projects done. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with all the different things going on, but we manage to stay on top of it. We know the local area well, which helps when we’re dealing with all the regulations and the specific way things are done here in Kerala. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone and sitting in meetings, but it’s worth it when we see a project actually come together. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us well over the years.
