Our shop is right in the KRN Shopping Mall, which is super close to the bus stand in Chemmad. It’s a convenient spot because people are always passing through Tirurangadi on their way somewhere else. We get a lot of foot traffic, mostly folks asking about parts or wanting us to look at their gadgets. The mall itself is always buzzing, and you can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. Safemax is just a small place, really. We have shelves lined with various tech bits and tools scattered on the workbench in the back. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to work. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but it’s satisfying when something finally clicks into place. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that; it’s just us talking to customers and trying to explain things in simple terms. The air conditioning in the mall works most of the time, which is a blessing in this heat. We usually have some local radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. If you’re ever near the bus stand, you’ll probably see us there, probably hunched over a circuit board or talking to a regular. It’s just how we spend our days here in Chemmad, doing our best to fix things that people rely on every day.
