S S CLEAR SAND LLP

Our place, S S Clear Sand LLP, is located in the Kombamkallu area of Perintalmanna. We are at 14/94 Pookkadi. It’s a quiet enough spot but we keep quite busy with the sand business. Construction in Malappuram never really seems to stop, so there’s always a call for what we provide. We deal with clear sand, which is important for a good finish on buildings. It isn't the most glamorous job, but it is necessary. We have a small crew here. Most of us have lived in Kerala our whole lives. We know the roads and we know how the local building scene works. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when moving sand becomes a real chore because everything gets soaked. We just do our best to keep things moving. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, take the orders, and try to get the sand where it needs to go. The office is simple and functional. We spend more time outside than inside anyway. People in Perintalmanna know where to find us if they’re starting a new project. It’s an honest way to make a living and we appreciate the folks who choose to work with us. We’ve been here at this address for a while now and plan to stay as long as people are building houses around here. It's a lot of physical work but seeing a finished house makes it feel like we did something useful.
