We are Rivot Builders & Developers Llp. We operate out of Alans Tower in Mangalam, Malappuram. It's building number 3/573/P. We mostly handle construction projects around here. It started with a few of us wanting to do things differently in the local area. We spend most of our days at the office or visiting sites nearby. Malappuram has changed a lot, and we've been trying to keep up with how people want to build their homes and shops these days. Our office is easy to find if you know Alans Tower. We don't have a big fancy team, just a group of people who know how to get things done. Sometimes things get busy, and the phone rings all day, but that’s how it goes in this business. We deal with the paperwork and the actual building work, making sure things follow the rules. It's not always easy work, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we stay at it. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just focus on finishing the job we started. If you walk into our place in Mangalam, you'll probably see blueprints spread out everywhere. We've been at this for a while now, and we know the local roads and suppliers quite well. It's a lot of running around, but we're used to it. We just want to make sure the buildings we put up are solid and functional for the people who use them.
