Rayhan Eye Hospital

Edappal is a busy place, and we are right on the Palakkad Ponnani Road, specifically the Kuttippuram Rd section. People know us here because we have been around for a while. Usually, someone is at the front desk when you walk in. We deal with eyes mostly, so there are chairs for waiting and some rooms where the testing happens. It gets a bit crowded on some days, especially when the buses go by outside and it gets noisy. The hospital isn't fancy, but the floors are kept clean and the staff knows most people who come through the door by name. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to patients about their vision. Sometimes there is a wait because we don't like to rush through things. If you are coming from the main road, you will see our sign. Most of the staff live nearby in the Edappal area, so we are part of the local crowd. We open early and stay until the work is finished. It is just a regular hospital where we try to get the jobs done properly without a lot of fuss. There is plenty of light in the rooms because eye work needs it. We keep the files organized behind the counter so things don't get lost. It is a practical setup for the local people here.
