Raimens Constructions is based in Malappuram, specifically in Kottakkal. We are over at Rahila Manzil, which is 2/513 on Yahoo Road. It’s a local spot that everyone around here knows. We’ve been doing construction work in this district for a good bit of time now. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy seeing things being built from the ground up. The office is just a regular place where we keep our tools and plans. We aren't into the corporate way of doing things. We’d rather be out on the site than sitting behind a desk all afternoon. Kottakkal is a busy town, and there is always some new project starting up somewhere. We try to keep our team small so we can manage everything ourselves without too much trouble. Most of the people who work here are from the local area. We’ve found that works best because everyone knows the local conditions and how to get things done when the weather gets bad. It’s a straightforward construction business. We deal with the usual stuff like bricks, cement, and workers. Sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, like when the materials arrive late, but we just deal with it. We aren't fancy, just a group of people making a living by building stuff for others in the neighborhood.
