R4Rally Marketing Private Limited is located right in the Kalathil Complex, which is directly opposite the main bus stand in Pulamanthole. Being across from the bus stand means it’s almost always noisy and busy right outside our door at No 246/H3. We hear the buses coming and going at all hours of the day. It’s a very central spot in town, which makes it easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a practical place where we sit down to handle our daily marketing work. We have some basic desks, chairs, and our computers set up. It gets pretty dusty inside with all the vehicles moving around outside, so we have to spend time cleaning the place quite a bit. We are a small team and we spend most of our hours talking about projects and trying to get everything finished on time. There’s no corporate ladder or fancy titles here. We all just pitch in and do whatever needs to be done that day. Pulamanthole is a good place for us because it’s where we are from. We don't use a lot of fancy business jargon when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. Sometimes we go out to the local tea shops when we need a short break from the office noise. It’s a simple operation. We work hard and try to stay busy.
