Sometimes the rain in Kerala slows down the projects, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just wait it out and start again when it’s dry. We have been here for a while and we know how things work in Tirurangadi. It's a straightforward business. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. People seem to appreciate that. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It keeps us out of trouble.
