We're over here in Areekode, near the Malappuram side. Poovancheri Developers LLP is the name on the door at Room No.8/76A. It’s a busy spot most days. Usually, there’s tea being made and people coming in to talk about plots or building projects. It’s not a fancy office, just where we get the work done. A lot of folks from around here know us. We’ve been at this for a while. Sometimes the phone doesn’t stop ringing, but we manage. Living and working in Kerala means dealing with the rain and the heat while trying to keep things moving. We deal with developers' tasks mostly. It's just us, a small group trying to figure out the best way to handle the local building needs. If you're walking past Room 8/76A, you'll see us. We keep things pretty simple. No big speeches or anything. Just land and bricks and trying to make sure the paperwork is right. Malappuram is a good place to be based. The 673639 area has changed quite a bit since we started. There is always some new project happening down the road. We try to keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. It gets messy sometimes, like any real job, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building things in a town like Areekode. We are glad to be part of the community here. We see the same faces at the local tea shop every morning. That’s how business is done here, mostly through talking and being around. It's a quiet life but we stay busy enough with the daily grind.
