You can find us at Baniyas Tower, specifically at Pmc 29/117 in the Chandappadi area of Ponnani. We’re in the Malappuram district, and we’ve been operating Ponvest Projects Llp from this spot for a while. It’s a decent building, and being in the tower makes it easy to give people directions. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere. It’s just this one office where we handle all our project work. The space is usually filled with papers and maps of the local area. We do a bit of everything when it comes to projects, depending on what's needed in Ponnani. Some days we are stuck inside doing calculations, and other days we are out on the road visiting different sites. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just work on projects and try to make sure they get finished. It’s a small group of us here. We know most of our clients by name, and they know us. That’s the way we like it. It’s more relaxed than those big offices in the major cities. We deal with the local weather, the local traffic, and the local way of doing things. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run into delays, but we always try to be honest about it. Ponnani is a good place to be based, and we’re happy to be part of the business community here at Chandappadi.
