Plan B Developers Llp is located over at Olpamkadav on Cheruvattoor Road. We are in the Vazhakkad area, at 4/103F. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We started this because we wanted to work on development projects in our own way. We don't follow all those corporate rules. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the land is used right. The office is a simple place where we meet and talk about what needs to be done next. It’s often a bit messy with blueprints and notes scattered around, but we know where everything is. Vazhakkad is a nice place to work from. It’s not as crowded as the big cities, so we can actually get things done without too much distraction from the noise. Most of our days are spent out at the sites, checking on how the walls are going up or if the leveling is right. We have a small crew that we trust. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at a site. We think that’s better anyway. It means we have to do a good job every time. We just take it project by project. Sometimes things get delayed, but we always try to be honest about it with everyone involved. It’s just regular people doing regular building work and trying to make a living here in this local community.
