Pinnakkanadu Building Solutions Private Limited

We work out of building number 15/340-B, which most people around here know as Varakukalaparambil in Mukkali. It is a solid old building that has been around for as long as I can remember. Pinnakkanadu Building Solutions Private Limited is the name we use for the paperwork, but most people just call us by our first names when they see us. Mukkali is a busy little hub, and being located here keeps us right in the thick of things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of tiles, wood, and brick stacked in all the corners. We spend most of our time out on site, so the office is really just a place to catch up on the phone calls and do the accounts in the evening. It is a family-run kind of thing, so there is usually a pot of tea on the stove and someone’s kids running around in the yard. We do not go for big promises or fancy brochures. We just look at what needs building and we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Sometimes the weather in Mukkali makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon hits and the roads get very muddy. We just wait it out and start again when the sky clears up. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. We have been part of this community for many years now.
